Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of reserve.destinflfishingtrips.com and the services offered by Walker Fishing Fleet, Inc., doing business as La Bella Charters ("we," "us"). By using the site, calling us, texting us, or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to send spam or malicious content. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Communications and text messaging

By providing your phone number and either checking the consent box on our trip request form or saying yes when asked on our phone line, you agree that Walker Fishing Fleet, Inc., doing business as La Bella Charters may contact you by phone, email, and text message, including by automated means. Our SMS program sends messages about your inquiry and booking: replies to your request, trip confirmations and reminders, and a request for feedback after your trip. Occasional promotional texts (seasonal openings and specials) go only to guests who tick the separate, optional marketing box on the form. We do not buy or rent lists.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Bookings, weather and cancellations

A trip request through this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Dates, pricing, deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed by the captain directly when your trip is booked. The captain decides whether the boat leaves the dock based on weather and sea conditions; a trip cancelled for weather is rescheduled or refunded per the terms given at booking.

Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, photographs, and logos, is owned by Walker Fishing Fleet, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
